Select a firmware package above, then connect the ESP32 via USB.
Use a data-capable cable, not charge-only — charge-only cables will silently fail.

Click Install Firmware and select the board's serial port.
Port not showing up? Hold the BOOT button while plugging in to force download mode.

Wait for "Installation complete" — the board reboots on its own. You're done.
